we mostly use the CNPOST company register air mail if cargo less weight of 2KG and orders from US Canada, the tracking number can be offered  

    For European countries orders we sent by Swisspost register air mail if package less weight of 2KG

When multi purchase or cargo weight over 2KG,parcel will via EMS or DHL according our cost and time to your area The shipping fee has included the local handing and packaging cost within in checkout system

    2 Exchange Only if arrive board damaged when it returned

    3 We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them broken to pieces, for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.

    ReturnMerchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.

    4 Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.

    On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.
