1.1 Module Description:
CAR series of modules with RS485 communication port, based on standard Modbus protocol,
with extensive use of significance Including the expansion of its model of input and output modules,
analog input module, analog output module, the temperature acquisition module..
Use our EX Series PLC, MD series text display, and other related equipment to
support the Modbus protocol in temperature, flow, level, pressure and other
process control system has been widely used.
1.2 Module features:
Innovative analog, thermocouple (PT Cu) temperature probe, thermocouple (full range) Probe
Voltage signal input type (+5 V ~-5V, +1.25 V ~-1.25V, +50 mV ~-50mV)
Current signal input type (0 ~ 20mA, 4 ~ 20mA, 1mA signal measurement)
RTD input type (PT10, PT100, PT500, PT800, PT1000, Cu10, Cu50, Cu100)
Thermocouple input type (K-, E-, S-, T-, J-, B-, R-type, N-type (built-in temperature compensation))
Other Signal Input Type: (NTC5K, NTC10K, NTC50K, NTC100K etc.)
Input accuracy: differential mode input PT series accuracy of 0.1, thermocouple accuracy of 0.2, drift ≤ 100ppm /
Probe type only be set by software (current input need to add resistance), each channel can be set to a different type of probe
CAR-C4EX total of eight single signal input, or 4 differential bipolar input
communication physical interface with RS485, using MODBUS - RUT standard protocol
module power supply with DC: DC isolation, communication module isolation, analog acquisition module isolation

1.3 Full Power Isolation:
CAR Series modules internal system are all isolated. And there are low and high pressure protection. Than the rated voltage, the system automatically power off. 1500V isolation test! Pay more attention to product quality!
